The starting point

Process audit — $299, three business days

Before anything gets built, we map your business: what can be automated, and what each piece is worth. You keep the map either way, and the fee is credited towards the project if you go ahead.

What you get

A document, not a sales call

  • 01

A written map of your workflow — where the repeated, manual and time-eating work actually sits.

  • 02

For each piece, whether it can be automated now, later, or not sensibly at all.

  • 03

What each automation is worth — the time or cost it gives back — so you decide by number, not by pitch.

  • 04

Which of the two routes fits, with a real timeline and price range for the build.

How it runs

Three steps, in this order

  1. Step 1: You describe the work

You walk us through how things run today: the questions you answer, the bookings you take, the documents you move around. No spec, no plan, no preparation — just how it actually works now.

  2. Step 2: We map it

Over three business days we turn that into a spec: what can be automated, in what order, and what each piece is worth. This is the work you are paying for, and it is ours to get right.

  3. Step 3: You get the map

You receive the written map and it is yours to keep, whether you build with us or not. If you go ahead, the $299 is credited in full towards the project.

Why it is paid

Why the audit is paid when everyone else consults for free

Everywhere else, the first meeting is free — and that is precisely the problem. A free consultation is a sales activity. Its purpose is to move you towards a contract, so it stays at the surface, asks the easy questions, and skips the hours of real thinking that would actually tell you what to do.

The audit is the opposite. It is three business days of genuine work, and it ends in a document you own outright — a map of your process and what automating each part is worth. You can take that map to anyone. It is useful even if you never hire us.

Charging $299 is what makes that honesty possible. It lets the audit be work rather than a pitch, it means we spend the time on owners who are serious about changing how they operate, and it is credited towards the project — so if we go ahead, it costs you nothing in the end.

Order

Order the audit

Tell us what your business does and which part of the work eats the most time. You get a reply from the person who would do the audit — what it will cover, what it will not, and how to pay. Card payment is being set up; for now the invoice comes by email.
