AI automation for small and mid-sized businesses

Get the busywork out of your week

We build automation that answers your customers, fills your calendar and handles the work you repeat every day — so running the business stops meaning doing all of it yourself.

What we build

The shape of the work, stated plainly

We have products of our own in development, and they stay off this page until they ship — a half-finished product is not evidence of anything. What we can tell you now is the shape of the work, and who does it: the founder, sixteen years of running businesses rather than billing hours for them.

  1. 01

    Assistants that answer your customers

A responder for the questions you field all day — hours, prices, availability, where an order stands — kept in your voice. It hands the conversation to you the moment a person is actually needed.

  2. 02

    Booking and scheduling

Appointments, reminders and rescheduling that run without you in the loop. Your calendar fills and clears on rules you set, instead of by phone tag and missed messages.

  3. 03

    Document and intake work

The forms, quotes and details clients send you, turned from a cluttered inbox into structured records. What used to be re-typing becomes something you can act on.

  4. 04

    Work that crosses your systems

The steps where you copy something out of one tool and paste it into another. We connect what you already run so the handoffs between them stop being yours to do by hand.

  5. 05

    One product, several languages

Your product in your customers' language, localised by machine translation with your team correcting the terms that matter. Each correction is remembered, so the same wrong word does not come back.

No client logos, no testimonials, no case studies: the company is new and we are not inventing any. When a client project is worth showing it will appear here — often without the client's name and without the internals, because both are theirs to keep and ours. When a product of ours ships, that goes up too.

Two ways this goes

Assembled from parts, or built around you

Route A

Assembled from parts that exist

Booking flows, assistants and integrations we have already built, fitted to your case. It is the cheaper route, and it can be running in weeks rather than months.

Route B

Built around how you work

Shaped to your systems, your rules and your customers' language. More work to build, and the right choice when your process is the thing that makes the business yours.

Why we are different

We do not ask you for a spec — we write it with you

Most developers begin by asking you for a spec — a document that says exactly what to build. Then they build exactly that, to the letter, whether or not it turns out to help your business. The distance between what you asked for and what you actually needed becomes your problem, not theirs.

And if you have never written a spec — most owners never have — they wait. Nothing moves until you produce a document, in a language that is not yours, about software you were hoping someone else understood better than you do.

So we do not ask you for a spec. We write it together with you, because we understand businesses — the founder has run a lot of them and is running several now.

Industries

Your industry is not the deciding factor

Lawyers and notaries

Intake calls, appointment scheduling and chasing the documents a matter cannot move without.

Real estate and rentals

The same listing questions all day, viewings to arrange, and tenants who message at every hour.

Studios and schools

Class and session bookings, waitlists, reminders, and the no-shows that quietly eat the timetable.

Trades and local services

Quote requests that arrive at all hours, jobs to schedule around a crew, and follow-ups nobody has time to send.

Your industry is not on the list — that changes nothing. The four above are illustrations, not a filter. Underneath, the work is the same everywhere: enquiries answered, appointments filled, documents chased, the same reply typed for the hundredth time. If your business repeats something, it can be automated, and the audit is where we work out which parts are worth it.

Questions

The questions people actually ask

01What does it cost?
The project cost depends on which of the two routes fits — parts we have already built, or something shaped around your process. We do not quote before the audit, because a number given without understanding the work is only a guess. The audit is $299, and it is credited towards the project.
02Why is the audit paid when everyone else consults for free?
A free consultation is a sales call: its job is to sell you, so it stays shallow. The paid audit is three business days of real work that ends in a written map you keep, whether or not you hire us. Charging for it is what lets it be useful instead of a pitch.
03How long does it take?
The audit itself is three business days. A project assembled from parts we already have can be running in weeks; something built around your process takes longer. The audit is where we put real timelines against your specific work.
04I do not know what should be automated.
That is the normal starting point, and it is exactly what the audit is for. You do not need to arrive with a plan or a spec — you describe how the work happens now, and we map what can be automated and what each piece is worth.
05Do you work with larger companies?
Yes, but as a separate custom project rather than the packaged work described here. Larger companies bring their own systems and constraints, so the audit and the build are scoped differently. You still start the same way — with the audit — and if the scope needs more hands than we have, you will hear that at the audit rather than in month three.
06Who does the work?
The founder — one person, sixteen years of running businesses, doing the build himself. There is no account manager between you and the person writing the automation, and no junior team learning on your project.
07Do you have client case studies?
No. The company is new, we have no clients to show yet, and we are not going to invent any. When real projects do appear here, expect some of them to be anonymous on purpose: the client's name stays out unless they want it in, and the detail of how a build works stays out too. Part of that is confidentiality a client is owed. Part is plainer — the method is what we sell, and printing it in full would hand it to anyone who reads the page. Until then, judge us on how clearly we understand your work during the audit.
08Can it work in my customers' language?
Yes. We build the product once and localise it by machine translation, with your team correcting the terms that matter — and each correction is remembered, so the same wrong word does not come back. English, Spanish and Portuguese are the ones we work in most; others we would discuss at the audit.
09Is there anything you will not take on?
Yes. Classified and government work, critical infrastructure, core banking systems and medical devices are outside what we do. And if the audit shows automation would not actually help — or that the honest fix is a change to how you work rather than software — we will say so rather than sell you a build for its own sake.

Start with the audit

For $299 and three business days, you get a written map of what in your business can be automated and what each piece is worth. It is the only way we start — and the full amount is credited towards the project if you go ahead.
